Reel Cool Stuff's Refund & Replacement Policy

Dear valued customer,

Please, allow up to six weeks for the delivery of your order. Your item(s) may be sent individually or grouped together in one package. In the event that any items have not arrived within six weeks of placing your order, please contact us at: with your order number and a brief message about what hasn't arrived. You may request either a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable) or a single replacement, which we will gladly fulfill. (Note: we will not ship the same item a third time, so please choose wisely).

Refunds & Replacements

Our refund & replacement policy lasts 30 days from your receipt of the item(s). If 30 days have elapsed since the receipt of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund nor a replacement, so please inspect your delivery promptly to ensure all is in order.

We only replace items or offer a refund if the item is damaged or defective or (if applicable) parts are missing.

If you need to replace a damaged or defective item or request a refund, please send us an email along with a picture of the item, a brief description of what's wrong, and your order number to:

Note: please do not send your damaged or defective purchase back to either the manufacturer nor to Reel Cool Stuff. It is yours to do or dispose as you wish.


Due to our location, we do not accept returns (it's just too cost prohibitive).

The Refund/Replacement Process

Lost in the Mail
If you've requested a refund or replacement for something lost in the mail, we will first review your message and check any tracking numbers (all orders are tracked) to see if there is anything we can do on our end to get your purchase to you. In the event it is truly lost (it happens), we will promptly issue you either a refund or mail you a replacement as per your request.

Please, allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card or up to six weeks for your replacement to arrive in the mail.

Damaged/Defective Items or Missing Parts
Upon receipt of your message, we will review it along with the accompanying photo(s) of the damaged or defective item. We will then notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If approved, either your refund will be processed or we will mail you a replacement as per your request.

For missing parts, (at our option), we will send you either a small package containing the missing parts or send you an entire replacement.

Allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card or up to six weeks for your replacement to arrive in the mail.

Late or Missing Refunds
Allow two weeks for your refund to process (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your statement). If it still hasn't been posted, please contact your credit card company to see if it's pending.
